Reconstitution Ratio:
1Kg Primera Soft Ice Cream Premix : 2.5 Liters of Water
Preparation:
1. Put the Primera Soft Ice Cream Premix in mixing bowl.
2. Slowly add 2.5 Liters of Water while continuously stirring the mixture until the powder is completely dissolved.
3. Let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Pour mixture into the mix tank of soft serve ice cream machine.
